I've finally found him. Thank you very much to all who've taken the trouble to point me the right way as well as share with me the inner workings of this City.

I think I've found an apartment that should suit the both of us rather well Luis. It's situated a fair distance away from the main City Square so it should be pretty peaceful for the most part of the day. Would you like to come and have a look? Or do you think that this's an entirely bad idea on my part?
